Thoroughly recommend maid Marion's Cleaning Services. Have had a lovely lady called Sue come to me every 2 weeks for the last 3 + years. Unfortunately, finances have been the reason I've had to stop, but I will miss the friendship that sue and I had built, and miss how lovely my bathroom and kitchen looked when she had been.

I have been happily working with Maid Marion's Cleaning Services for over 6 months now having returned to the company and it remains a lovely company work for. The staff are all friendly, supportive and approachable . Marion,in particular, is very appreciative of the work we do. We have a thorough recruitment process which sets out cleaning schedules, health and safety and HR requirements to enable working in an efficient and professional manner. All staff have a uniform and the products, equipment are provided to use in our work within a variety of settings. I believe all staff take pride in the work we do. I asked Maid Marion's Cleaning Services to conduct a deep clean immediately prior to the completion of the sale of my parents home. It was an extremely difficult time for me as I was closing the door on what had been a wonderful family home for 35 years. As a company. They aren't great at communication, never provide staff with the materials needed for the job (bin bags and mop heads). These are minor issues I experienced working for them.

2 and a half years after you leave the company, when you need a reference they never give you one. Even though you call every day, the receptionists can only say, I'll pass it on. Either they didn't or the bosses ignored the pleas.
Which ultimately causes you to be jobless for 2 months.
